It would be wee!Romana I that Eleven is meeting, and because of the way the Whoniverse balances I'm going to assume that she'll regenerate into a Romana II looking body one day... but I've got this idea that the Whoniverse needs a Doctor, nature abhors a vacuum and all of that, and Time will choose a champion to fill the role to keep everything in balance.
I spent about four hours staring at the screen trying to find a title that would cleverly reflect all of that and then ended up grabbing the title of the song on the radio.
