I've never actually carved a pumpkin before (I've made designs on pumpkins with magic marker when I was a kid, but that's not quite the same), so, all considered, I think that Cuddles turned out pretty well:

That's so cute! Are the yellow parts totally cut away, or did you scrape away part of the skin so the light would shine through it?

It's all cut away with the exception of the wings which are scraped.
