This is sort of my fannish retreat from reality.

I mostly keep my fic and fannishness unlocked, but if you want the rants and complaining about life, family, the weather etc. feel free to friend away. If I don't know you, please give me a pm or comment on my friending post first.


I think that derivative fanworks such as art, remixes, translations, and podfic are fantastic. If you want to do something like that with something I've posted here or elsewhere, that's really cool and you telling me about it has probably made my day. Unfortunately, there are some unpleasant characters on the internet, so I've got to write out the following:

1. Attribution somewhere.
2. Contact me with a link to the final project if possible. You don't have to, but it's nice and it will probably make my day.
3. Please do not include underage characters engaging in intimate acts. I don't want my name attached to that.
4. No commercial use. That includes copy-pasting posts to boost ad revenue. This is not okay and never will be.
5. Don't copy-paste the contents of f'locked posts to Facebook, Tumblr, or anywhere else. It's under F'lock. I shouldn't even have to say this.
