Valerie Frizzle and Dayna Mellanby are turned into zombies. It's up to Chance and the TARDIS to stop them! How doomed is the world?
I'm torn. On the one hand, the TARDIS should make this a no-brainer (of course they'll be stopped!), but it's my head canon that Ms. Frizzle is a Time Lady and Dayna is a far better companion than Chance (sorry, Chance). If she can remember how operate her bus in her Zombified state then I think that the world is undoubtably doomed. Them again... Liz and the Bus will probably cure both of them and then they'll team up with Chance and the TARDIS to go on suspiciously educational adventures. The world will still be doomed, but it will be a lot more fun.
Jamie McCrimmon goes speed dating and chats to Ms. Frizzle, Sam Tyler, and Vila Restal. How does that go and why is Avon running the event?
I do want to know why Avon is doing this. I assume its some kind of plan on the same level as the one he's got going in Warlord and will probably have equally poor results. I think that all of the participants should be very worried. I think Jamie will be a bit confused by Ms. Frizzle, but he'll probably twig at some point that she's a Time Lady and ask her where the Doctor's gone and if he can come back please? I'm not sure what he'll make of Sam tyler, but they'll both have a good chat about how strange time travel is. He'll get on really well with Vila until he realizes that Vila is a compulsive thief and then Jamie will take the moral high ground for a moment before remembering that the Doctor is a bit steal-y as well. When he learns that Vila is something of a resistance fighter he'll be very supportive of that. I think that Jamie would trust Ms. Frizzle and Sam Tyler, but he would be very dubious about Vila (though he'd like him well enough and I think they'd make great chums over a couple of drinks). I don't think Jamie would like Avon at all.
Clara, Sherlock, and Roj Blake take to the high seas (or space) as pirates! Who gets to be Captain, who doesn't like violence, and who gets to walk the plank. Also can Tamaki Suoh bring them to justice?
Sherlock and Blake are going to argue like mad for the captaincy. Clara is the one who will be displeased by the violence. The plank-walker will be either Blake or Sherlock, depending on who loses that argument. I think it's probably going to Blake. He's not very logical. Tamaki, bring them to justice? Ha. He'll join them.

The noises are obviously a pair of Drashigs making short work of the Federation Troopers Servalan sent to retrieve them both. Avon and Travis will exchange a series of quips before discovering their shared loved for Blake and pinning about that for a bit. Avon will figure out how to open the TARDIS and escape with her, leaving Travis to his fate.
Clara, Ms. Frizzle, and Roj Blake are hanging out in a mall when the apocalypse happens.
I think that they stand a very good chance of surviving it and creating a better world out of the wreckage.

Sherlock and Sam Tyler go to a costume party. What outfits do they pick, and what shenanigans do they get up to?
Sam is going out in a a traditional Sherlock outfit (complete with deer stalker). John picked out a cowboy costume for Sherlock, but Sherlock isn't wearing it. He's wearing he regular coat. John has been trying to save face by telling people that he's dressed as Khan from the new Star Trek movie. Then there's a murder and Sherlock and Sam completely side-line John as they investigate, snark, and decided that they absolutely hate each other.
Tamaki Suoh and Jamie McCrimmon are forced to work together in a science fair competition. How do they get along, what do they build, and do they pull it off with a minimum of explosions?
They don't get along at all. In fact, I think that Tamaki is in serious danger of being punched. Repeatedly. They build a volcano because science isn't a strong point for either of them and volcanoes are easy (and a bit showy, which is important for Tamaki). It obviously explodes, but I think that instead of lava it's an eruption of expensive tuna, or money, or something. They get third place at the science fair, but only because the judge think they're both cute.

Hilarity. Actually, I think that Jamie would make a good dog, and Chance would make a good Jamie. This isn't a detriment to either character: it's actually part of why I love them.
Clara flirts with/courts/tries to seduce Ms. Frizzle. What does that look like? How about the other way around?
I think that Ms. Frizzle would be somewhat concerned and perplexed by Clara's flirtatiousness. The other way around would be Ms. Frizzle offering an opportunity for travel and science lessons. Either way, the result would be positive and awesome.

Ms. Frizzle gets really into the role. She's not so much on a mission as along for the ride and having a blast. Blake, however, is completely tone-deaf and gets booed out of the club. He's annoyed that the people don't love him, but secretly pleased to be able to get back to his regular routine of sneaking about and blowing things up (for freedom!)
Sam Tyler and Sherlock go on a blind date. Do they hit it off?
