If The Way Back were to be combined with Space Fall in a movie then, yes, that would be the best opener (and I think that there is a fan edit of this somewhere?)
I don't know if there's a fan edit, but there was a VHS release that combined the first four episodes, only they left out too many of the wrong things (like Blake, Jenna and Vila's first meeting) and I know this, because this was how I started watching B7 - it cost me 50p from a charity shop. :-)
I think I'd always come down on Blake for finale, but Star One, Terminal and Blake are all really good in different ways, so it's tough.
