OK. We know the Doctor can materialize his TARDIS around people and save them, yeah? We also know that it can be done silently/invisibly. My theory is that Missy is the Master and she's "saving" people to turn them against the Doctor. Why, I'm not sure. But the Master's plans generally run: "1.) Do bad thing to get back at the Doctor. 2.) ??? 3.) Profit!"
