I've got a feeling it was either an unfortunate coincidence that no one picked up on or a really bad attempt at pro-choice muddled because of the lack of female writers and editors. I'm really hoping it was the former, not the latter though becauee the idea that they attempted to write an episode about a woman's right to choose without asking any women for input and missed the irony is just too big of a face!palm for my mind to hold.
