I like the character in general. I've read a few comics, seen all of the 80s/90s movies (my favourite is Batman Forever which may explain why I wasn't as thrilled with the Nolan films - I still liked the first two mind, but the mood between them and the stuff I grew up with is very different), and I watched the cartoon that was on when I was growing up. The one where you can't really see Batman's face and Mark Hamil plays the Joker.
