I was utterly unspoiled for that (I have a feeling that it was kept well under wraps) and as soon as I realized that there was going to be manipulated archive footage and daft body-double actors running around I pretty much punched the air in glee. (And had a grand time figuring out which episode which clip was from. So far I've got them all figured out except for Four).

I love that his real name is, "The Doctor" because that's the name he choose. Of all the answers they could've given to that question, I think it's the only one that respects the legacy of the show while leaving the mystery intact (and isn't completely daft).
