And, icon love! (Sure that's not about Six? :D )

And awww! I have a special place in my heart for Paradise Towers (it's the only Mel episode I don't want to punt off a cliff) and I think it gets a bad rep. It isn't as good as the Ace episodes though. Seven doesn't really come into his own until he gets his Ace up his sleeve. I recommend starting with Remembrance of the Daleks even though it isn't Ace's first episode (because her first episode is a bit spoilled by a combination of Mel and the most WTF literal cliffhanger in the history of the series).
Remembrance is wicked. It ties back with An Unearthly Child and has Ace and Seven being utterly bad ass in 1960s London.

I really haven't seen enough Six to make a valid comparison. But Ten may get away with some of it because he's so pretty and has puppy-dog eyes ;)

To be honest, I didn't see the whole story. But I facepalmed (and yelled at the screen) like whoa when she happily dived into a murky swimming pool in a falling-apart hotel. And now I'm inclined to avoid the rest of her episodes entirely :p

OK, I don't know if you coined that, but it's beautiful :) And my sister raved about Ace, so I'm looking forward to seeing her.
