I had a subtle sub-plot to that end in my Three-Nine fic Home but I'm not so sure how it came across. Nine basically predicts Harry's death, and his reasons for leaving the TARDIS (and writing it made me feel like a heel; why, oh WHY do I apparently have an obsession with writing angsty character death fics???)
