I hadn't gotten the bit about Clara possibly being the Doctor's mother. Well, it doesn't make any sense to me really. Orson mentioned something about his great-grandparents but not how time travel ran in the family. I really liked Orson and would like to see more of him. Clara giving the toy to the Doctor (in a technically impossible way since the Gallifreyan safe guards against time travel in the past and future are on Gallifrey) was to me a way of saying he will always be part of her family related or not. That's what counts in my book. Loved 12 here. "Dad skills" made me squeal because I was letting my son watch this episode because he's afraid of the dark.
