I don't seriously think that will happen (I hope that it won't happen!), but it's on my list of things that I hope Moffat won't pull but I don't trust him enough to think that he won't (right up beside River Song being the Master... just, no)
Orson was really cool. I think he would make a neat companion for the Doctor, whoever his parents end up being.
I'm not entirely certain that the Doctor is on Gallifrey when Clara gives him that toy, or, if he is on Gallifrey, if the safe guards still apply after everything that happened in the 50th, especially if the TARDIS has her own safeties turned out (or rather, I'm willing to hand wave it, because the scene was well done for what it was).
Aww. This was a great episode for that. I wish someone could've shown it to me when I was kid for that reason. :D
