Avon/Orac - A long sleepless night of Avon fiddling with Orac's circuits while asking rhetorical questions about how messed up his life is. Orac snipes and snarks back and gets confused when Avon, who understands logic, ignores all of his logical advice. That, or playing Space Monopoly and cheating outrageously against all of the other players.
Ian/Barbara - That would be an actual dinner and a movie. I like to think they watched Doctor Who and the Daleks and were very confused at Susan becoming Barbara's sister.
Dayna/Tarrant - Boom! Bang! Crash! EXPLOSION! BLAMBLAMBLAM! ... something like that. Or Space Monopoly. The rebel life is a bit lacking for good date entertainment...
Doctor/Master - "But, but, but, I put all this hard work into trying to kill you/ destroy everything you love. Why don't you love me?"
