Oh, very good! I like this. My nitpicking half is trying and failing to imagine Ian being anything to do with the Council and also Giles going to Coal Hill rather than some posher school (because he rebelled against that sort of thing didn't he? And must have had something to rebel against.) At the same time the vision of Susan the Vampire Slayer did also occur to me - very amusing. But I do like it, very much. :-)
I hope your wrist doesn't keep you from fic writing too much because that would be a shame. (Speaking entirely selfishly...) :-D
