I've found most bingos pretty resonable about giving a new card if something like that happens (at least once I've been given someone else's card by mistake, and it was fairly obvious),but ymmv on that, because all mods are different.
Like lost says, this bingo is probably a safe bet for you. It would be really weird if you got a baby fic prompt on it.
