The more I get into it the more helpful that site is. I've book-marked it and I think I'm going to have fun exploring it long after the paper is done.
Also, I've been going through a Doctoral Dissertation linked to in the site's bibliography, and the author is going on about her experiences writing Ninth Doctor fic. Highly amusing to read. I'm hoping she'll have her pen name and archive site written down at some point.
