Hmmm...easiest thing to do would be to make it River-related - either she's calling, or someone else is calling on her behalf. Part of me would love for it to be Romana, or someone leading to Romana, because Eleven and Romana would be awesome together, and Romana and Amy would totally hit it off straight away, and also Romana would be lovely to Rory and would chide Eleven for not being lovely enough to him, or something. I don't know. The more I think about it, the more I think it should be someone or something that will eventually lead to Romana. :P
