Yes I have finally! And seeing an unseen Seven and Ace episode was just about the most awesome thing ever! Though... now I'm sad because there aren't any new Seven and Ace episodes left for me to delight in...
Nine episodes is not enough!
The only other fez instances I could think of are that guy in Pyramids of Mars and... I'm pretty sure one turns up in Evil of the Daleks at some point. But it's not the Doctor or the companion wearing it so it doesn't count. I think?
