clocketpatchAfter a great evening out I came home and went to check the DbyA for new posts/spam/unwhited spoilers. People had left messages in the C-box. I sort of skimmed them but my eyes caught out the words "will miss the SJA" and all I could think was: "Damn! It's been cancelled? But I loved that show! I love Clyde/Rani and Sarah-Jane and K-9/Mr. Smith"
If only.
It's not really sticking yet. Reading various posts, I think it's a big shock to everyone in fandom. No one knew she was sick. She always looked so young. All I can think now is that 63 is my mum's age, which I generally forget because she looks so young too. My sympathies and prayers are going out to Lis Sladen's friends and family tonight.
