clocketpatchI was just about to write a complaining type of post about how it's nearly 9 and my plans of getting groceries (potatoes, carrots, butter, and milk OH MY!) and thus also my plans of banana bread, have been mercilessly squashed by the weather. I mean, really weather? First floods, then disgusting heat, and now on my first day off after the long weekend madness you bless us with... severe thunderstorms and tornado warnings?
*insert appropriate face!palm here*
But then it seemed to be lightening up outside a bit and the warnings had been receded. So I stuck out my head, and:
It's probably impossible to see, because my camera is an old point-and-shoot unsuited to this kind of photography, but this isn't just a double rainbow stretching clear across an (almost) uninterrupted sky. The main rainbow had multiple supernumerary bows stacked underneath. Just gorgeous.
