It should be well evidenced by now that Blake's 7 has eaten my brain a bit, but now it's official because I've made fic, and me writing non-Whoniverse fic is a rare thing indeed. It's also filling the cursed prompt on my H/C bingo card.

As I said elsewhere, I was pretty ill when I listened to them. I do worry sometimes that I imagined a lot of the very strange things I listened to/watched in the last couple of years. However, most of them on checking proved to be real and just as ridiculous as remembered. (I seriously thought I hallucinated Scrooge, because I was far, far too ill to cope with a singing David Collings with a cockney accent and amazing hair and lots of red-headed children. These things should come with warnings.)

Paul Darrow doesn't grrowwl the whole time. Just most of it when he's around. :-)

I will upload 5 tomorrow, then, I promise - don't skip to 6. Or you can, but it will make no sense whatsover. In any way. It doesn't exactly ever make sense, but at least 5 prepares you a little. Ish.

:-)

And, hahaha. I am glad it isn't just me who finds Paul Darrow as Iago hilarious. I giggled through all his scenes when I listened to them. (Scott Fredericks and Russell Hunter do a nice job of resurrecting one off characters from back in the day, though.)

Oh, wow! No, don't worry - I'm very flattered! Nobody's ever wanted to podfic anything of mine before. I am now, of course, wondering which two parts in case I can edit the rest to save you from any horribly clunky sentences lurking in there, but yes, that's amazing. :-)

(I am very funny about audio listening generally for three different reasons, so I cannot promise whether or not I will be able to listen - I hope so! I will try! But it is a thing that is a thing and I can't help it. I approve of podfics, though, very much - I spent too long as a librarian not to appreciate how important it can be to make things available in as many different formats as possible to be inclusive. So that is very exciting to hear!! \o/)

ETA: Also I meant to say that I have just managed to fish Checkmate (KC5) out, so hopefully will sort it out later.
