When they say f'locked comments they mean from entries you yourself have f'locked. Don't think you can share from entries others have f'locked. So if you haven't checked the option to share your comments I reckon your journal content is as safe as it ever was. I don't like the idea of sharing LJ stuff on Facebook either.
Ah, but the problem is that other people can link comments which they have made on your F'locked entries. This posts their comment and a link to your F'lock journal entry on their Facebook. Now, people who aren't on your F'list can click on that link until they are blue in the face and won't be able to see your original entry.
The problem is that your journal name is now out on Facebook, and, depending on who did the sharing and what they had in their comment... Example:
And now your boss, who shares Facebook but not Livejournal with you and your co-workers, knows that you think he had a bit of prickly vegetation up his rear the other day. He also has the link to your mostly-but-not-completely-private slash fandom journal.
